Here’s The English Version:
Therefore, there was always a great deal of animosity felt toward me, by the other employees. Just as I indicated in my previous message to you, I had no interest in his profession. I was always interested in cars since childhood, and therefore pursued my career as an automotive service technician. It felt more rewarding for me to achieve my career goals, on my own, without the assistance of any family member. This is something that I am still proud of today. Many people used to ask why I didn’t ask my family for money, since they are very well off financially. Comments like that used to offend me deeply.

nomail4u asked: I took my car to walmart for an oil change. The service guy drove it in and they changed the oil. Another service guy started it up and overreved the engine several times, I was there and saw and heard him do it , then he drove it out and parked it. I got in the car and drove it up the road and noticed it was making a noise from the engine and it wasn’t running right. I went back and asked the original service guy to look at it and drive it to see if he could tell what was wrong with it. He did and he told me it was running good when he first drove it in and was not making any noises .I asked him what should I do now. He said take it to a mechanic to see what was wrong. I did. The mechanic said the engine was damaged. I went back to walmart and told them, they called a manager and both of the service guys told the manager it was ok when it came in but it was not now. The manager said that they were not responsible for the damage and they could not help me

K M asked: What are the requirements to become an automotive service advisor? (At an automotive repair shop NOT a car dealership) I have an interview tommorow and I am a 20 year old girl with nothing but a HS diploma and about 4 years of work experience…And not to sound conceited or anything but I’m a very pretty girl who seems kinda girly and doesnt fit the steryotype of this job but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. Do you think I have the chance of getting the job?
***What do you think the salary is? And what kind of questions do you think they will ask during the interview?
any advice would help!

Jill C asked: My business is an automotive service business, which means I diagnose hard to find problems, do prepurchase inspections and do predictive maintenance. I do not repair cars or recommend garages. I am totally unbiased. I give a 12 page report.
I have testimonials from my satisfied customers. They would of spent thousands for repairs Coming to us gave them the piece of mind they were looking for. They couldn’t be taken for a “ride”. Forewarned is forearmed. We are not auto mechanics we are professional automotive engineers. Our business is to diagnose, report and analyze.
I know the media would give me free publicity. How do I go about it?
