That other individual who answered is a kind soul :). 

But...
5 is D, not A
6 is very subjective, and no one but your teacher would know that, and would fight over the subjective answer I'd assume, so just go with what they say as fighting it would destroy you socially in their eyes and would hamper your grades (sad but real life :P), unless they like fighters of course :P
8 is C, as it is simply describing a normal payment book sale situation in big and confusing terms on purpose instead of in layman's terms for no reason except to keep lawyers employed in our country (another thing you'll learn to love as you get older). 

And there you'll have it, I'm not as nice or as patient as the other person answering. I made it to 8 and decided that was enough and that I had to do my own homework to learn, and so should you, LOL ;). 

Have a great life, and try to make something of it before all opportunities dry up and go away over time :P.</description>
