Professionaly I am in software development field, But now joined automotive business what you think?

I have done software managment course and worked as database programmer for one and half year, 6 months ago I joined Toyota distributorship in Afghanistan as Parts and Service Manager with parmanent contract, It is a high rank post in Toyota Managment system, I may travel overseas twice or three times in a year, still I am not sure that is this decision good for me or not? please help me you guys.

   i think shifting from other field is just ok

   Actually it sounds quite good. Toyota is a good company. You have experience in software management and Toyota’s management system needs workers. The travel for the company may improve your productivity for the company.
