Having problems getting into America legally to be able to work and live.I have a job to go to?

The job is in the automotive industry. I am married with 2 children. I can’t seem to find a lawyer who gives me any confidence to employ their services. Can anyone help out there. I do not want to do it illegally. If I were single i might think differently. What visa application could i possibly use for this situation.

   Your employer had to apply for a visa on your behalf.

   You have a job that belongs to an American Citizen with children. You need to start applying for a job down in Mexico.

   Your employer should sponsor you if this is legit, however, they would have to prove that no Americans are available that could do the job and THAT, my friend, is a lie. The automotive industry here is just dead and people have lost more jobs than I can count. There’s absolutely no need for a company to import help from outside the country. Sorry. You and your wife and 2 children aren’t going to be admitted to the country, nor should you be.
