call the BBB, also might try local tv stations, they normally have a consumer reporter to shame these people into fixing things.
FORGET THE BBB THEY ARE JUST A BIG JOKE.
CONTACT YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THEM.
YOU CAN ALSO FILE A CIVIL SUIT AS WELL BUT REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE TOO PROVE THAT THIS HAPPENED AT THIS SHOP.
