Owners mentally abusive to all. Question: where does a person of my caliper become reconized and wanted by another employer that will be more appreciative?

Sounds like the beginnings of a good resume’. So write one up and start looking. A new employer is not going to come looking for you.

A big company, though you could get shafted. In my opinion, with the amount of expertise you have, you need to start your own business. Not joking.
I work in the same manner as you with integrity, commitment, and excellence. Every employer that has employed me has offered me a position in management, but I’ve either turned it down and/or remained neutral in accepting the position for personal reasons. Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Target, etc..
My brother wants me to join him in civil engineering so we can start a business, which is why I’m going to college. The purpose is to make it a family business to keep the wealth and employment within the family.

I am tending to agree with “Arcanum”. Start your own business. And having your own business gives you the freedom to operate in your own fashion without being held accountable to anyone but the customers.
But there is a certain motorcycle dealership in my town that sorely needs someone who knows what they are doing.

if you get lucky you can get a good employer but there are lot’s of abusive people because most people grew up in environments that were somewhat abusive. the old style of bringing up kids make them that way. read:
