K M asked:
What are the requirements to become an automotive service advisor? (At an automotive repair shop NOT a car dealership) I have an interview tommorow and I am a 20 year old girl with nothing but a HS diploma and about 4 years of work experience…And not to sound conceited or anything but I’m a very pretty girl who seems kinda girly and doesnt fit the steryotype of this job but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. Do you think I have the chance of getting the job?

Does that 4 years of work experience include work with the automotive industry. Are you qualified? You don’t mention your qualifications, although you are very upfront about your looks.
Also, I don’t think you’ll get hired because you are going to an interview with no ideas of what the questions would be like or what the salary is. As for your non-conceited good looks, they may not hire you because a 20-something girly-girl may not be taken seriously. Honestly, not to be mean, but just by the way you come across in this posting, I don’t take you seriously.
Good luck, nonetheless.
