You are correct, business wise. Showing up in the middle of the night at your doorstep is not right. You should warn him to keep off or you’ll call the cops, and do so if necessary.

i would call the police. if i were your husband i would just snap him out for going in the middle of the night. but yea you should call the police and tell them plus that kid is an idiot the 30 days already past so *** it was his fault anyway for wrecking his car.
